Hall of Fame Sprinter Johnie Drake established Johnie Drake Speed Performance, LLC to give athletes the speed, power, and explosiveness needed to be the most dynamic athlete in their respective sport.

My speed and sports performance program will identify, fix, and advance your athletic ability. In addition, you will learn fundamentals and progressive techniques to become stronger, faster, and more agile.

Most importantly, you will gain the necessary tools to become more than an athlete. Life skills training, educational seminars, and nutritional guidance will be available throughout the program.

Small group training allows friends or teammates to join in sessions. A specialized program will be organized for the group.

Schedule a time for recovery. I recently added the Normatec Recovery leg + hip sleeves for muscle recuperation in a room dedicated to the athletes restoration.
